Step 1.SEND EMAIL TO JASSWAY
RMA service begins with an email send by customer. In the email, Problems need to be described in detail so that we
could quickly identify issues and put forward potential solutions.


Step 2. RMA CONFIRMATION

RMA confirmation will be accomplished by e-mail. Meanwhile, if the parts are out  of warranty, expected service charge & freight will be informed to the customer.


Step 3. PARTS RETURNING
After the RAM is confirmed by Jassway, customer is informed to send back the parts. About the shipping fee, if the parts are in warranty, Jassway pays the ocean freight on one-way. If the parts are out of warranty, customers is responsible for paying the all shipment charges.


Step 4. REPAIR OR REPLACE

Jassway receives the returning parts, and then maintenance begins. If the repairment involves the extra expenses ,

customers is informed to pay for the cost before Jassway sending back the parts.


Step 5. REPAIR OR REPLACE

Jassway will send an email to confirm whether the parts is back to customers or not. Jassway will close the RMA process
afer the parts and machine are in good condition.
